In the August issue of Business Solutions Magazine, our BarTender label and RFID software was honored for a third year in a row by the magazine’s subscribers as a “Best Channel Product.” BarTender was one of only two label software products to be honored, and the only one to be honored for a third consecutive year. (Seagull Scientific has also been recognized by the readers of BSM as a “Best Channel Vendor” for three straight years as well.)
Why this is a Big Deal
This isn’t a case of a single freelancer writing a “review” of products and posting it on the internet. This poll was tallied from well over a thousand business professionals that make their day-to-day living selling auto ID and point of sale products. These resellers simply must be able to offer top-of-the-line product features and reliability in order to remain in good standing with their customers. They also need top quality product support in the event that their customers have questions or encounter problems. Otherwise, they spend all their time fussing with their existing installations instead of making new sales!
